Our storyStarted by a mother.

Most family businesses pass from the older generation to the younger. Ours went the other way. My mother started making mukhwas for family and friends, and soon my grandmother joined in, bringing recipes she had perfected over a lifetime.
Now I've joined as the third generation, to take the recipes our neighbours have loved for years to everyone else.

What is Freshners?
Freshners is a family food brand from Gowalia Tank, Mumbai, making handmade mukhwas, the traditional Indian mouth freshener enjoyed after meals, along with masalas, premixes and dried berries.
We're not an air-freshener company. Our fresheners are the kind you eat: roasted saunf, dhana dal, til, rose petals and family recipes, made in small batches by three generations of one family. New to mukhwas? Start here.
