Because our products are food items, we can't accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, WhatsApp us on +91 79893 23933 within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the pack and the outer box. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Custom-labelled and made-to-order items can't be cancelled once production has started.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
